Usually we have the most of the products in stock but sometimes, due to huge directory, a product could be out of stock. So I need 1-5 extra days until the item be imported from France.
The delivery time is 1-3 weeks for Europe, 1-4 weeks for US, Australia, Canada etc. Check you paypal account for your transition and you will find your tracking number if you have paid for a standard service. If you paid for economy shippin method your order has been shipped with no tracking number.
If you want to cancel an order you can email us as soon as possible.
1. If the order isn't dispatched we will refund the full price of order (shipping charges included) except the fees of card processor (it is about 2% for stripe payment method)
2. If the product has been shipped you have to return back to us. At this case we refun only the product cost, the shipping charges, the returning shipping charges and the transaction fees by card processor (it is about 2% for stripe payment method and 4.4% for paypal) aren't refundable.
If the order return back to us as unclaimed or wrong address, the shipping charges arent refundable.
When you place an order you accept all the above terms.
