I want to cancel my order, will I receive a full refund?
If you want to cancel an order you can email us as soon as possible.
1. If the order isn't dispatched we will refund the full price of order (shipping charges included) except the fees of card processor (it is about 2% for stripe payment method)
2. If the product has been shipped you have to return back to us. At this case we refun only the product cost, the shipping charges, the returning shipping charges and the transaction fees by card processor (it is about 2% for stripe payment method) aren't refundable.

Carriers can be impacted by varied events in certain areas example whether conditions, corona virus or customs declaration.

Why is my track and trace link not working?
The track and trace link will become active once your parcel arrives at the depot in your country. Delays at the border/customs may take longer than usual for your order to reach the depot.
I change my mind can I return an order?
You can return an order within 14 weeks of products' delivery. Buyer pays the returning cost.
You will have to contact us for instructions of returning.
When we receive the products we will refund the full price of products.
